"We had a wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel and were very happy with our experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the views from the hotel were beautiful. The balloon view isn’t completely panoramic, but we could still see the hot air balloons in the morning, which was a lovely experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for both the ATV tour and the hot air balloon ride, which we really appreciated. Another lovely touch was the complimentary tea time between 4:30 and 6:30 PM. It was such a nice little extra and made the stay feel even more special. The location is also excellent. The hotel is very close to the town center, and you can walk to almost everywhere easily. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!"

"The cave hotel was situated in a lovely area and had very kind and helpful staff! They gave us free water restocks whenever they cleaned our room, and also served a delicious breakfast every morning. Our room was very spacious and had a standing shower and a bath shower as well, which were both very good. They were even kind enough to give us early morning sandwiches for our flight in the morning on our last day as we would have missed breakfast! And I can’t forget to mention the wonderfully fluffy cat, Asan, who paid us 2 visits into our room when we left the door open! He wasn’t scared of us and was very playful and attention seeker- my son had a wonderful time with him. Staff sorted out our airport transfers which was helpful and kind. Overall, this is a wonderful place for anyone to stay at when visiting Cappadocia!"

"Strictly ok hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel room description was deceiving in Expedia. Not all room have air conditioning and there is no way to figure it out if they will assign you air conditioning room or not. We have booked 2 rooms where one had air conditioning but other didn’t. We have to downgrade our room with no refund to get an air conditioning room. I feel it’s Expedia’s responsibility to inform the customer about these nuances. Not happy with all this mess"

"Our family had a great stay in the cave hotel. Great location and awesome views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The Buffett breakfast was fantastic and the staff (host Deniz and cook: Meryem) made the great start to the days with wonderful variety of local food!! The front desk also had available excursions and very helpful. We had a great time at the hotel and surrounding area."

"Gunae the night manager was AMAZING. Helped us with recommendations for food, activities and local things to try and do. Breakfast was amazing- the chef was awesome, friendly and great at his job. Room was great, shower was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location in town, all the companies pick you up from the door and it is only a 3-5 minute walk to bus station/taxi stand."
