"I was shocked that this experience happened, I never imagined that a hotel by Radisson Blue would be like this!!! . I paid about 100$ more than a 3 star hotel to stay here, it was the worst experience ever. The hotel gave us a room in the BASEMENT! , yes a basement where staff rooms, inventory, cleaning rooms are. The room was very bad and a LOT fof ants were all our stuff and the baby car seat were full of ants. The beds have a lot of ants too make it very difficult to sleep and unfortunately the baby has bits from the ants. I have stayed in properties all around the world never ever seen a basement room! . Despite that a 300$ stay without breakfast is never worth the price, but I thought it is RADISSON BLUE! "

"Front desk staff totally incompetent. I booked and paid full amount through expedia in Nov. 2025 for end of March 2026 wedding. But the hotel staff first could not find my booking. Then just gave us 1 room. Then charged me for almost $700 as deposit and told me it would not really charge me just hold it. And today I found it was posted on my credit card statement. The hotel was very unorganized with hocky kids running around wild and play floor hockey along the hallway at 2am. The kids banged our door twice past midnight. Could not sleep at all. Definitely not going back. Really disappointed for the poor service."
