Property had no lift which we weren’t told about
Rooms very small. Beds and shower are excellent. Housekeeping left our door open after cleaning but other than that the staff are wonderful.

So sat in the bed, it was extremely creaky. Really creaky. Went down to reception they moved us and changed rooms. It was smaller and the bed was the same. Really creaky. I really think staff and management should stay as guests. Having a laugh, I said just as well we are going to be romantic. We returned to our original room.
