"Room needed better cleaning. Pillows had hair and a bandaid underneath. There was hair, clips and dust on carpet and edges and corners of the room. Bathrooms also had hair on the floor and corners and edges were dirty. On the good side, breakfast was great! Always nice to get up and get breakfast right downstairs so thank you for that! Also appreciate the complimentary drinks at the bar. Nice to relax in the seating areas and have a drink. Staff at the front desk were very nice. I would work on having them be more knowledgeable of local transportation. We asked a few questions on what was the best way to get to places and all their answers were "I don't know." They should be able to help more and know more about their city. Now, your shuttle drivers were amazing! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and helped us tremendously on how to get to places. Loved your shuttle service!"
