Wallpaper damaged, squeaky bed, towel rail broken in one bathroom, shower rail broken in the other. Kettle didn't work. Crockery was a mish mash, much of it was plastic picnicware. Could easily all have been fixed by a handyman in half a day. Apartments right below the Cittadella where the clock chimes loudly...
