I booked a 'City View' room with balcony but was given a back of hotel room with balcony on floor 1 that looked over the restaurant exhaust system and walls. When I asked for a different room they weren't able to accommodate. I did ask for a restaurant dinner voucher for two which they reluctantly obliged. The breakfasts and the dinner was excellent at their hotel restaurant!”

Bed & pillows were very comfortable, bathroom water pressure good. Good airconditioning. The hotel was easy to find, across the road from the bus depot, just look for the restaurant. “We loved our stay at Murella living. Staff were so lovely and helpful, when we arrived there was a power cut on the island so they had a delayed start but they were so generous offering us juice, tea or coffee, they even gave us beach towels so we could go and enjoy our holiday even with the delays to check in. Super service, lovely rooms, a good location. We would certainly come back!”
