"This hotel deserves 10/10 rate for the excellent service, location, price, views, breakfast, cleanliness, and above all the staff. What makes this hotel great is the staff especially mentioned Frankie. I took the ferry from Malta to Gozo and I arrived late straight from the airport. I failed to message Frankie about my expected arrival. Frankie waited for me patiently and this was almost 11pm. The reception is not 24 hours. He waited for me and greeted me with a smile, helped me with my luggage, took me to my room (top floor penthouse) and left after checking me in. The next day he greeted me with a huge smile and gave me some suggestions on how to get around by bus. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive and he is quick to respond to your inquiries. He helped me with dinner reservation and camino day trip, assisted me with bolt for transport and food delivery, and willingly drove me to the harbour (not once but twice) because bolt seemed to be difficult or in demand. On my departure, he drove me to the harbour, handed me breakfast takeaway packed neatly, and wished me bon voyage. He exceeds guest's expectations. I see how he treats every guest with the same respect and kindness. He is definitely an asset why the rating is consistently high. "I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. We were extremely grateful as we know he went above and beyond to action it. The staff played, welcomed accommodated my daughter with open arms especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff kindly made a small portion of porridge for my daughter. The location is perfect as it is central to all key areas to explore and the hotel offers parking, too. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here."
