It was perfect

This is self check in. No staff. All essentials are provided. Full kitchen. Excellent bakery next door.

thank you really pleasant stay

Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! Rooms and all Anne cities were above and beyond expectation… will definitely be staying again:)

We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. The bathroom was spacious by Swiss standards BUT the glass doors could make it awkward for some...

lovely place!

Rooms were superb with many included amenities. Free parking on the street was limited but a nice perk. Just a few steps from the bus stop and very walkable in the old-town of Burgdorf. Will definitely return!

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, wonderful shower.

Personal was very friendly and help full. Although, the hotel was far from old town, the public transportation was very close and reliable. I would stay here again.

Had a nice stay

100% RECOMMENDED!

This hotel has a wonderful little garden with flowers right in front of it. A tram and bus station is right opposite of the hotels main entrance door. You will get a free daily city tour ticket from hotel staff as long as you stay there. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will always return to the same place while visiting Bern. Bring a good friend with you, because the TV- channels offered are really mad.

First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. Please note that I am not faulting this hotel, just giving the whole picture. I arrived at the hotel only to find it was jazz themed which made me...
