I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Um dos melhores de Gramado!

O Bella Gramado fica em uma localização especial, fora do centro, mas com excelentes atrações nas proximidades. A estrutura do Hotel é diferenciada, sendo a parte das piscinas o ponto alto do Hotel. Mas sem duvida nenhuma, a melhor parte da hospedagem, fica pelo café da manhâ, com uma variedade incomum de ítens, e a ilha de tapioca/crepe/panqueca feitas na hora. Houve durante a estadia, um pequeno contratempo, mas que foi maravilhosamente resolvido pela Fernanda do Concierge. Nota 10.

Referente aos serviços do hotel foi muito boa a estadia. Equipe educada e prestativa. Estrutura muito boa. Tive problemas com o estacionamento vallet pago R$ 40,00 a diária. Presume-se por ser pago um valor elevado diário que terá um atendimento condizente. Espera elevada para receber o carro. Em um dia ficamos esperando 20 minutos pela carro, com tempo frio e chuva, esposa grávida e filha de 2 anos, pois eles não haviam encontrado a chave do carro. Acusaram que eu tinha levado a chave do carro para o quarto, fui até o carro no estacionamento junto ao manobrista e ao abrir a porta, a chave estava em cima do banco do motorista.. o supervisor seguiu questionando que a chave estava no meu bolso!

Decepcionante

Pelo valor cobrado, achei decepcionante. Os apartamentos ficam localizados em prédios separados do prédio ondem estão as áreas de lazer e restaurantes. Assim, para acessar a piscina, por exemplo, é preciso sair do prédio de apartamentos e andar pelo pátio do hotel, o que em dias frios, é muito ruim. A alternativa é fazer um percurso pelas garagens, que também são geladas, gerando muito desconforto quando se está indo ou voltando das piscinas com roupas de banho. Além disso, a área das piscinas não estava devidamente climatizada, e a piscina para adultos não estava com a água suficientemente aquecida, tornando a experiência muito ruim e frustrante. A comida do restaurante era boa, mas nada demais. O café da manhã sim, excelente.
