Bom custo benefício

Boa estadia. Café da manhã estilo colonial, com muita opção. Na minha opinião um dos melhores cafés da região de Gramado e Canela. Profissionais bem treinados, solícitos e cordiais. Equipe excelente. Os hotéis da rede Sky, principalmente o hotel matriz, precisa melhorar a sua estrutura, uma reforma. Tudo muito limpo, desde a estrutura do quarto à roupa de cama, mas com aspecto velho. Ficamos nesse mesmo hotel a 10 anos atrás e ele está bem diferente. Já nos hospedamos em várias unidades da rede e são bons hotéis.

O café da manhã é incrível, o melhor que já comi. O hotel é antigo, mas ainda é confortável. O atendimento é ótimo, pois os funcionários são muito solícitos. A localização é boa.

Sympa mais vieillissant

Personnel agréable, procédures de Check in et Check out rapides. L’hôtel commence à vieillir et certaines choses ne marchent plus correctement (climatisation déficiente, lumière de chevet cassée). Lit confortable, mais chambre petite. Environs calme et non bruyant. Un peu loin de l’avenue centrale mais possible d’y aller sans voiture.
