This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you. The rooms are amazing, there is nothing negative to say about this place.

Atendimento 10 mas quarto muito quente

Hotel possui estrutura e atendimento maravilhoso. Mas infelizmente o ar condicionado nas 2 noites que fiquei hospedado nao funcionaram direito e eu e minha familia dormimos desconfortáveis. Esse problema do at se deu por conta de quedas de energia no hotel.

O melhor hotel de serra do Brasil

Simplesmente o melhor hotel de serra do Brasil. O hotel é incrivel, com uma decoração linda, rouoas de cma e banho maravilhosas, cafe da manha e cha da tarde magníficos, sempre com um piano ou saxofone ao vivo. Experiência fantástica, certamente a melhor hospedagem e atendimento que já experimentamos em Gramado, e olhanquenvisitamos a cidade com frequência. Atendimento e cordialidade impecáveis de toda a equipe, com destaque para a Tereza e o Moacir. Cafe da manhã , chanda tarde e jantar na Osteria Di Luca, perfeitos também.
