All staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to anything we needed. The wood burning stove was a nice touch along with jacuzzi tub. I liked the fact that this was off the main streets so the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Still close enough to do everything we wanted.

Muito boa, mas falta calefação

Muito boa pousada, com atendimento agradável e café da manhã completo. A localização é distante do centro, mas nada que um Uber não resolva, por cerca de R$ 10,00. O ponto negativo é a climatização, que conta apenas com ar-condicionado, o que é claramente insuficiente para o conforto na época de inverno, seja pela umidade característica da região, seja porque, em temperaturas inferiores a 5 graus (o que acontece justamente no pico turístico) o sistema não aquece mais. Interessante que a pousada tinha calefação (esse sim o sistema confortável), mas ela foi desativada.

Ficamos eu, minha noiva e meus sogros nessa pousada no ultimo fim de semana. Ja é a 3a vez que fico e o servico foi impecavel mais uma vez. Quando chegamos colocaram meus sogros em um quarto um pouco menor e com o banheiro dividido (chuveiro e sanitarios em comodos separados). Nao gostamos muito e solicitei a troca com a gerencia, fui prontamente atendido e ficamos satisfeitos. Cafe da manha muito bom. Recepcionista Paulo muito atencioso. Sempre que voltar em Gramado ficarei na pousada sem sombra de duvidas. Abraço a todos

Aconchego em forma de pousada

Fomos extremamente bem atendidos. O hotel é muito aconchegante... fica entre gramado e canela... não da para fazer nada a pé... mas é tudo bem pertinho de carro... O café da manhã é bem gostoso... e eles fazem alguns mimos! É muito confortável, tudo novinho com o aconchego de casa de vó!

Pousada maravilhosa

A estadia na pousada foi uma grata surpresa. O café da manhã é delicioso, o quarto é muito aconchegante, possui uma decoração linda e uma limpeza impecável. Os funcionários também são muito atenciosos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. A pousada fica num bairro residencial, então é bem calmo e longe do tumulto do centro. Como estávamos de carro, não tivemos nenhum problema com o deslocamento, já que tudo era bem pertinho. O wifi funcionava super bem nos quartos. O único inconveniente foi que os hóspedes que estavam hospedados no quarto acima do nosso (ficamos no térreo) eram muito barulhentos, mas fora isso, foi fantástico.
