Estive pela 4ª vez visitando Gramado, desta vez acompanhado de minha esposa e sua família (sogro, sogra, cunhadas, sobrinhos), período de 15 a 18/07/2025. Então vamos lá, dificilmente faço uma avaliação em que dou nota máxima seja para hospedagem, restaurantes ou atrações mas me reservo o direito de abrir uma exceção. A Pousada Ares da Serra me surpreendeu positivamente em todos os aspectos, desde a minha chegada recebi um atendimento super atencioso e cordial do Abner bem como do Egon, recepcionistas educadíssimos bem diferente de outros estabelecimentos já visitados na própria cidade. Camareiras atenciosas. Com relação a hospedagem os quartos muito funcionais com calefação, cama confortável, piscina aquecida, café da manhã maravilhoso. Estacionamento próprio. Preço justo comparado com as hospedagens similares. Próximo de tudo em Gramado, muito central tendo a rodoviária a cerca de 50 metros, você pode conhecer a maioria dos pontos turísticos de Gramado a pé, Rua Torta a 100 metros, Rua Coberta, Hard Rock Cafe, Praça das Etnias, Igreja Central entre outros. nfim, recomendo de olhos fechados. Parabéns a Pousada Area da Serra. Nota 10 👍

Muito Boa. Passamos o final de semana de 21/03. Atendimento cordial, toda equipe bem atenciosa. O Jardim próximo a piscina, com ambiente para descansar ótimo. Melhor localização, no centro de Gramado próximo aos atrativos da cidade, restaurantes, bares; realmente a localização é o grande diferencial desta Pousada, o atendimento dos funcionários também, sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Pontos a melhorar, durante o café da manhã não recolhem as louças utilizadas, nossa mesa com 3 pessoas acumulou pratos usados, e como as mesas não são grandes não tínhamos espaço suficiente, até que minha tia teve que levar até a cozinha; para um estabelecimento com ótima avaliação, achei uma falha. Além dos travesseiros, necessitam trocar urgentemente! Os amenities não correspondem a avaliação e nível da Pousada, poderiam melhorar. Se você procura uma boa localização, essa é a pousada; se procura conforto, talvez existam melhores opções.
