"Great location , amazing staff and very clean , lovely breakfast , really big rooms with separate bedrooms , just a bit tired and dated , rooms don’t come with a kettle but I asked and was given one immediately , shame aircon only in lounge area not bedroom I found it too hot even leaving door open to bedroom and it wasn’t summer time ! I had an accident and had to go to hospital , staff on reception really helpful sorting which hospital to use and a taxi ! Only thing pre travel is I had lots of messages on Expedia from the hotel about choosing rooms etc and they were all in Spanish !"

"Breakfast was good, Room was good. The only problem was that I had an issue consistently with my room key and one day the room was not even cleaned. Overall, it's good"

"Love going to the rivoli APTS, it has improved since our last visit, but the one thing that still is a problem & happened every day towels on sunbeds at 8am with nobody on them & never inforcing the 9am rule ,we even saw the life guard walk past them & did nothing,by the end of our week more& more people were doing it because it wasn't enforced, , also they now ask you to ware wrist bands,so they know you are a rivoli guest , again this is not enforced, so dont bother with it ,as a hell of a lot of people around the pool DIDN'T have them on,,,,, Why bring these rules in when there never enforced???????????"
