The location of the hotel is the best feature in general and the apartment itself is quite spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which is nice. The room was very clean and it was a nice touch for them to leave a bottle of wine to enjoy.

Very nice property, eight apartments in the same building. Interesting neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping opportunities. The apartment we stayed in was quite large with a spacious bedroom, kitchen. bathroom and sitting atea. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This property was really enjoyable, close to all the sites. Teresa, our host at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She accommodated all our requests, provided guidance for what sites to visit, she provided a long list of places to enjoy local cuisine and helped with all our needs. The welcome gif of a bottle of wine was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property and give special kudos to Teresa.

This flat offers a seamless check-in process, even when the reception is off duty, ensuring convenience for guests. The cleanliness is top-notch, maintaining a tidy and inviting space. Situated in a prime location, it provides easy access to city attractions. Additionally, the quiet ambiance allows for a peaceful stay. While locating the nearest parking garage posed a minor challenge, it didn't significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Overall good stay and in a great location

Overall a good stay. The location is great and the discounted parking in the San Augustin parking garage worked out fine. The room was modern, large, and comfortable. You will definitely need to communicate with the staff about check in time since even during the day no one is working at the desk (but they can meet you in about 10 minutes after you contact them). The biggest downside of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. One of the living room pillows clearly had a large food stain on it that wasn't clean and there was a lot of dirt and a Q tip under the furniture. But I'd consider staying here again.

We love the location in the layout of the apartment! Some more detailed instructions regarding the washing machine would’ve been appreciated and also the Expedia listing for this property says that there is a dryer included so you might want to update that. The property manager allowed us to use the washer in a different unit when our washer door refused to open, and that was much appreciated!

I loved the apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice to have the convenience of a washer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and to be able to make our own breakfast. The apartment was stocked with coffee pods, washing detergent and we were even given a bottle of wine. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was that the street it is on isn't very nice. It is a very convenient location and walking distance to all the tourists sites.

I highly recommend Elvira Suites. We got an amazing duplex apartment for six that was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials (including a cortesy bottle of red wine!) The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything and very close to a parking garage. The only reason I don't give our stay 5 stars is that the air conditioning didn't work and communication with reception to get it fixed was on WhatsApp (there was no one at the reception desk during our stay) and in the end we didn't get it fixed. We stayed two nights, day temperature was 38 degrees Celsius and AC in the apartment would have been nice...

clean with a great location, a walking distance from the main street, though surrounding area wasn't expected, it was noisy and not clean. A few things needed to be fixed in the apartment. and it was not comfortable for 4 people as it said, (two or three max)

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment at Elvira Suites for 1 night. Good central location, not accessible by car but parking is available nearby. The property was in very good condition. There was a welcome gift bottle of wine, nice gesture but the wine was bad. The living room was spacious though could benefit from an extra couch - seating was tight for 4 people and there is space for more/better furniture. The full kitchen was OK, but would also benefit from a dishwasher. The bedrooms were minimalist furnished but comfortable. We didn't use the outdoor areas but they looked nice. We had an overall good stay but it could have been a bit more comfortable with better furniture.
