the room was clean and i love the accommodation when my sister was running late. i forgot to leave her a key, the staff only ask me to send a picture of my ID. they provided an extra key that saved us time and she made to her niece graduation on time. i appreciated that consideration a whole lot, trust me i am sold out to always stay at your properties from now on. Very nice and comfortable hotel and rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed breakfast. The only curiosity was that there were only two tiny little trash cans (one for recycle) in the room - not enough for typical amount of trash. Staff was very nice and great location.

staff was great, our room was so musky. gave me headache. we tried to move rooms but they were completely booked. Shower had NO water pressure. rooms need to be updated. furniture was expanding from being wet. Bathroom was partially painted. usually have good experience with LQ but not at this one.
