again there is penalty for smoking in the room, but most of our guests respect the regulation. there were full of the people at that day, water was not stable for some seconds when people use the water at the same time, all of the rooms has to be cleaned completely after check out. our price is very competetive and we can't give again the discount. thank you for the comprehension.

we can see all of words used are the negative, see the works, suspect, didn't look like, ,, how did you have not used something and said it is not good? the only reason is something negative has been in the mind, so ,,,,,

Merci de votre commentaire et votre temps. Désolé pour votre inconvénient pour le code de la porte, mais c’est la première fois on as eu ce sort de problème depuis installation. Ce matin on contacte support technique et le problème est résolu. Concernant la tête de touche, on as changé à nouveau. L’hôtel est très sécuritaire et il y a jamais problème de sécurité.
