Staff is very very accommodating the view is nice, just about a mile to downtown route 66 the park is very clean and the restrooms are also very clean this is my wife's and I favorite place to stay in Williams and we have stayed at every hotel and park in Williams ,Glamping is a Great experience for the whole family. The park is quiet, conveniently located off the highway near truck stops with lots of amenities. The staff is eager to help, and the RV is cozy and private. Better bathrooms and showers are on site, very nice, and that's in addition to the bathroom and shower in the RV.

Check in staff was fantastic. Very friendly and explained everything. MAJOR ick was hair all over the sheets. I was able to get 1 flat sheet and 2 pillow cases. We slept on top of the blankets and used the sheets. TV works but doesn’t stay connected to watch anything. Auto AC kicks on and off all night. Awful night of sleep. RV appears to be pretty new. Just housekeeping. Very close to Williams which is an awesome fun town.

This place is amazing our first time ever camping in a rv at and let’s just say we will never go back to tent camping… we fell in love with the area the people are super nice… the only part is the quiet time rules don’t apply but other than that great time will be back….

Overall, this was a nice stay. It's about an hour from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The RV worked well for our group. The grounds were clean, and it is conveniently near a gas station and place to get food.

Little overboard on rules but yet understand...unit was clean...our bed was really nice and comfy.. all clean linens...got us a smaller unit and it was fine for us...other unit we got for our adult kids ...bed was hard and lumpy otherwise things were ..good...unit shower was good size and worked well and even tho the hot water heater is small if you know how to use a trailer shower you will have plenty of hot water...but they have showers up by office and supply everything you need ...handicapped shower was good per my husband who has prosthetic so needed that....overall I suppose it depends on the unit you get as to how it will be but we were satisfied ...staff girls were so nice...oh.. bed blanket was thin but in heat of summer will be fine...(and elk visited far end of park)

Although the front desk service was pleasant and wonderful, the property location surprised me. It was next to several gas stations and a truck stop. Not at all the “stargazing”/Glamping RV location I was hoping for. The RV was somewhat clean but hot water was minimal (5 mins at most if you showered) and the heat was sporadic. The nights got VERY cold with the thermostat reading 54 by morning although we had the heat set as high as possible. Extra blankets were requested because the sheets and blankets the RV comes with are minimal and thin. We used this RV simply to sleep in for 2 nights during our Grand Canyon visits with 3 young kids. Overall it met our needs but wasn’t the best location.
