The property was clean. However, we left our room and the maid came in while we were gone and the beer salt for our Tequila was missing. There were 3 people staying in the room and never enough wash clothes or towels. We had to request wash clothes at 12am. Overall, the experience was nice and would stay again.

Jul 12, 2019We did the bright angel trail. If you go all the way down to the third water station it is a very difficult hike back up.

Jun 23, 2019They had controlled fires when we went. Avoid mid to late day visits when these are happening. The smoke in the air takes away from the beautiful scenery and picnicking.

Mar 30, 2019Don't go during school spring break; restaurants and lounges (virtually all facilities) are grossly overcrowded. Regrettably, the place is 100 years old and substantially inadequate for the current population!
