The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. We felt that the floor which was wood or prego (unlike most hotels that have carpet floor) was a bit sticky, I asked the front desk and within minutes they sent someone who mopped the floor clean for us. โIt was safe and really convenient for strolling the old Medina. I was able to walk back at night from Rick's Cafe safely. The staff was really helpful. They lent me a plug adapter so I could charge my phone. The rooftop room had an amazing view. There was a cute library/sitting area with books just below my room. โ
โMy stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and the food was good. I especially appreciated the high quality of their towels. There are also good restaurants around the hotel, including some excellent Thai food options.
However, there was one unpleasant issue: I was charged a fee for airport pickup which I did not use. Despite showing them the receipt of my payment at the airport (where I paid by credit card), they were suspicious of me. Normally, credit cards are not accepted in Morocco except...

"No advantages except it's in the central of the city. Very old hotel without proper maintenance.
The first thing I found out in the room was the washstand which cannot be drained.
Managers at the receptions were very unprofessional and unkind. Probably not all of them, but at least the people I met for three days were.
I'd rather stay another hotel for my next trip to the city.
