“All in all a good experience, with one big exception (later below). The property was clean, staff was really great, happy, friendly, great service, and a really good value compared to the other nearby resorts. Restaurant was really good and they have a pool bar. The pool area is really nice. What rubbed me the wrong way, is the political stance that Hilton and especially the Hampton brand. “Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the...

“The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered and they were excellent with children! Beach seating was our only issue. Food was decent but not great. ”
