"Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. "An absolutely stunning place right on the ocean with your own private little beach and private pool. The host was absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was great. "Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"The staff is very kind, each and every one of them. Maybe not too swift in replying the emails, that has to be improved, for sure. The structure is in a great spot, 5 minutes walking to many restaurants and to the beachfront, however it is pretty quiet given the fact that it is located in a secondary alley. The room is huge and has all the facilities for cooking, if you want to dine inside, and it had a lovely patio with pool view where you can chill out. Breakfast was nothing special but...

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...
