"Im travelling around asia and I cannot tell you how handy it was having a free self service laundry option with all the cleaning detergent provided along with a dryer. The staff were so lovely, my sister has mobility issues and on the days where i would go out she would need to order food to the hotel and they were so kind and helpful. Upgraded room was very appreciated. Neha one of the concierges was super helpful and was more than helpful and accommodating.
