"My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt in Niagara Falls. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and the bell staff told me it was newly renovated. Lobby looks amazing. Front desk staff was quick and friendly. The Fallsview room that I received was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular! The STK steakhouse on the 9th floor was an added bonus. Great food and great Vibe with the DJ. Compliments to the staff on a beautiful hotel!"

"Great place to stay, central location to many activities! Definitely a family friendly hotel. We love that we can access the casino, play place and the falls is a short walk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly. Be prepared for high parking costs."

"I booked that hotel because it had indoor swimming pool and I couldn’t access it because of the timing that they had. Their breakfast was useless they only had boiled eggs no scrambled or fried or anything else. They didn’t have bagels they had bottled apple juice no orange juice. They didn’t have gowns in the rooms hotel looked like it desperately needs renovation."
