"Date important:7/18. Facility if under major exterior construction which was not advertised in advance. This had several negatives. Parking lot contained trash and debris. Side entrance ways and surrounding hallways contained construction debris. Fire access doors auto closures were disconnected leaving staircase and hallway doors open that should have been closed. This was the most troubling. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and staff member was working hard to keep stocked and clean....
"I reserved through a 3rd party. I reserved and paid for a king- they didn’t have any kings. Was given a queen. I had already paid for the king and now I’m showing a charge for the queen. I have stayed here multiple times. This is the dirtiest I have ever seen this hotel. When I was moved rooms.. I had barely any TP and 2 towels for a 3 night stay. Front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate."
"The rooms were nice, comfy beds. The cleaning staff was not done by check in time. the bed in one room was squeaky. Breakfast was not ready when scheduled and one cair in dining area was sticky and covered in syrup."
