"Great little place. Only stayed one night so we didn’t use many amenities or get to check out much of the resort. The room and the staff that we did deal with were all excellent! We will be back when we can stay longer. Maybe on the RV side of the resort next time!"

"Checked into the room after walking into a lobby that smelled like mildew/mold. That was my mistake. I should’ve turned around and left then except they had already charged me at 3 p.m. for my room. The room was filthy, and there were blood stains on the curtains and again the room smelled like mildew. I went directly back to the front desk and told them that I was not going to stay. They refuse to refund my money. My best advice is do not stay in this hotel"

"We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....
