"Clean room great place. Would recommended "

"Arriving to our hotel at night was a little sketchy. Especially since it was just us girls (2 adult women and 2 12-year old daughters). However once we got in, I felt a little more safe. Parking was a challenge that night because there was construction taking place at the hotel. Also when booking the stay there was no listing that they were under construction. Construction noise started at 8 am. Outside of those few things, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was superb, and the staff was friendly."

"Perfect location for us to visit our grandson at Guilford College. Less than 10 minutes away from their campus and ballfield, and it is close to his favorite restaurants for dinner that evening!"

"Breakfast is a little pricey, but there is a burger king next door. Place was completely clean even with a bunch of concert goers there. Staff was more than helpful. I had issues with my keys that may have been user error, but they still came and fixed it. Pool was not in use yet. Out of season."

"I don't often rate hotels this poorly, but this was not a great place to stay. Our key constantly had to get reprogrammed for not working and every time we went to the desk the gentleman would let us know it was our fault for keeping it near our cell phones, which was never the case. He acted annoyed that it kept happeneing. Also our room was not cleaned the first day and we had no clean towels, so back to the front desk to be treated like an annoyance. The last day of our trip we woke up to no hot water at 6am in the morning. We were catching our flight that morning so we had to leave and couldn't wait around to see if it would get fixed. Will not be a return customer. "

"Water flow in the bathrooms sinks was very low and slow. We had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth. No drinking water / bottles or vending machines that works (always broke). Some towels in the bathrooms had makeup stains"

"Great place to stay. Friendly staff clean property when I first checked in I realized I lost my credit card here. It was back at the airport. I got a call from the airport and said my card was there. The airport was 11 miles away. I took an Uber to the hotel. Got there. Realize my credit card was missing the owner of the hotel. Heard my conversation while I was on the phone with the lady at the airport saying she had my card. The owner of the hotel said no worries. I will go to the airport and get your card and bring it back here for you. I absolutely cannot believe it that this gentleman the owner of the hotel did that kind act for me. If you’re looking for a nice convenient hotel book the Wingate."
