"The hotel is good, excellent area, everything is within walking distance and there are tube stations very close by. The only drawback I had was that the air conditioning didn't work and we had to use a fan that came with the room, but apart from that, it's a very good hotel."

The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart. I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Vanessa for her excellent online support and to Ouassila at the reception for handling the room change with such professionalism. Room 702 was exceptional with a private small balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. While small the room was so well equipped. We were provided robes and slippers. The bathroom was SPOTLESS!"
