“I have stayed at the Cherry Valley hotel several times while traveling for work because it's only 7 minutes from the office. Every time I've went all of the staff are so phenomenal and provide exceptional service. This time was the first time I had actually been in the courtyard as my room was facing into the courtyard and they have it all decorated for fall and had igloos set up, it was kind of a magical thing at night with all the lights. “All the main features were fine-comfy bed, clean, and good value, but some updates and repairs are still needed. The faucet’s hot/cold settings were installed in the opposite direction. Also, there is spotty staffing at the reception desk. We had to wait a while to check in because no one was at the front desk. Same for check out! Maybe a weekend when there were too few scheduled? Would still stay again though because of the price.”
