"Almost like a boutique hotel, we loved our stay here. Breakfast was excellent, even for a vegan and so fresh and the staff were so helpful at every stage. It is in a great location with quiet rooms and yet straight into bars, restaurants and shops. A 5-10 minute walk to trains, the harbour and the funicular and other attractions. It definitely felt like a treat to stay here. We would have liked a more defined bar sitting area but this was at the edge of the restaurant and the alternative was just a simple set up of tables and chairs so lacked any real ambience."

"This hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s modern and has easy to follow instructions. A few things to be aware about: The laundry is only 1 washer and 1 dryer and each one costs 75NOK per load. We did several loads during the daytime and we didn’t have any issues with them being available. There are no cups in the rooms. You can get paper cups from the kitchen. The coffee in the kitchen costs money. Overall it’s a good hotel and I’d stay again. Just be aware that everything costs extra."

"I enjoyed my stay. Eco friendly, clean, great worthwhile breakfast Buffet. Great location and helpful staff. Down side, no parking on-site, but parking g garage a few blocks away. Would go back again"

"Full Breakfast fantastic with lots of variety and a taste of Norwegian food also. The window in our particular room was unable to open by design So perhaps request you don't have that. We had to live out of our suitcases as no drawers or shelf to put anything on. For 3 days that's okay. The stuff were amazing and you could not have a better location. I would stay there again. I'm going to post"
