Fabulous hotel. Over the road from the train station, 20min walk into the old town. Very friendly staff, unfortunately didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked us in, but she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, great location. Would highly recommend

Excellent breakfast

Conveniently located near the train station and the Annenstrasse tram line (currently bus line while the last stage of modernization is occuring). The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Gym had a great view of the valley. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a decent sized desk to work at.

Noisy Aircon restartet itself every hour to cold settings. Not a good nights sleep. 24h reception didnt answer call at night. I had to go down in the middle of the night to ask for assistance with the aircon, luckily they could disable it entirely. Breakfast was acceptable

I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at the Radisson Hotel Graz, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the incredibly friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and the kitchen staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that every guest had a wonderful start to their day. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish served. Overall, the Radisson Hotel Graz exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Graz. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Lack of food / drinks

When I arrived the lady on reception was very blunt, I couldn’t check in - which was ok - so I left my bag and checked in later, my room smelt of cigarettes, to be fair they changed it no issue, by now 2 very friendly staff on the desk, but the cleaners must have known / informed reception! My room was ‘ok’ bed clean and comfortable, and shower good, but my glasses on my hospitality tray were stuck down/sticky, and one of them was clearly dirty, which made me think what else was! But what really frustrated me, I am a single solo female traveller, I do a lot of research on hotels, this was a 20 minute walk from the old town which I was aware of, but the hotel had a bar and restaurant, and after a full day out I like to eat in the hotel and have a few drinks in the bar so I am not out and about in the dark! However the hotel restaurant and bar were closed, I was really frustrated, and cannot believe that a 4* hotel like the Radisson wouldn’t message those with bookings and explain that! I ended up with a takeaway in my room and little bottle of wine from the spar! Not how I wanted to spend my evening , I was not impressed!

Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival but the city tax was twice the level that had been quoted by Expedia. We also had issues with staff questioning whether we had booked for breakfast which we had paid extra for. This might be an Expedia issue but I felt the staff could have dealt with matters in a more friendly and less hostile way.
