"Room was very clean and spacious with nice view of the lake from 7th floor. It was very quiet and closet was large. The only thing missing was the convenience of a hair dryer and a USB port that available near bed."

"We really liked the room, it was clean, lots of room, since we like to play cards and read. The bed was comfortable, it air conditioning was a bit loud, but easy to adjust to get to the temperature we wanted it. I would only add that the carpets in the elevators were very stained and very worn, they need to be replaced. The carpets in the rooms were fine and I appreciated the coffee and the refrigerator in the room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful."

"We like the hotel. Room was clean and neat. Safe was OOC. The covered parking is good but was a little dingy with trash laying around. All the servers were helpful and did their jobs. The outside concert venue was just across the street. Shinedown was awesome but the Sun was brutal until about 8PM. We will stay there again."

"We arrived the same day as the Body Building Team. I was surprised that despite all the people it was quiet. It took a while to get our room due to it being so crowded. The front desk accommodated us and put us on the 4th floor.Breakfast for a nice hotel wasn’t that great."

"Only had two employees working check in desk at the 4:00 chexk in time. As a result it took 45 minutes to get to the check in desk Not acceptable. Also charging for parking to guests staying at the hotel is off putting."
