"The bathtub wasn’t draining well. Housekeeping didn’t show up the next day like any other hotel. When I call the front desk at the end of the day when we got back They told me that I was supposed to get a request for it, Unfortunately they didn’t tell me that when I check in. Plus I requested some clean towels at least. Guess what? They told me that I had to go my self at the front desk to get some clean towels. Never had this problem before in any property. Definitely not happy about it. BUT BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME AND WOMEN IN CHARGE OF THE KITCHEN VERY FRIENDLY. ☺️"

"Room was clean, bathroom water pressure was great, hotel staff was pleasant, purple parrot restaurant was great!"

"The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. The casino and bars good and a lot of fun. Rosie's Cafe food is good. They don't have enough staff and it stinks trying to get seated-even when the place is empty. Happened all 3 times I went. Anthony's Chop House was really good."

"The property was under major renovation and no mention was made of this when making our reservation. I am in a power chair and their accessible room was barely big enough to roll in and turn around between the beds."

"My overall experience was nice. My room was clean, but a bit dated. The shower could have been warmer. The staff were great. I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Reno."
