“The room was not the cleanest. It work d for an overnight trip.”

“We did not automatically receive the door code from Expedia. For 2 hours I worked with tech support (AI) and online Chat, finally a real person who sent me an email address for the property manager. After two hours I made the decision I needed to find alternate accommodations. I did finally receive the code, after I had another place. Neither the property nor Expedia is willing to give me even a partial credit for the unused room. I won't be booking a room through Expedia again.”

“The place was beautiful, the staff is very responsive and the location is right in the heart of everything. The beach is only a few minutes walk.”

“Be sure to call ahead after making the booking to insure you get the room you are expecting. I made the online reservation and by the time we checked in, that room type was unavailable. Staff worked with me to find adequate bed space for the party I was traveling with.”

“Staff were really helpful and friendly. The building is clean and beds are soft and new. I just wish the breakfast had more to offer, it was hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt which is fine. I was hoping for hot food but it was enough to fill our bellies, and the breakfast area was open and spacious and very clean. I would stay here again.”

“It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach”

“Honestly, this was a disgusting place to stay. There were obviously leaks over the shower from the floor above, and the amenities provided seem like collections from rooms from other hotels that people may have stayed at. The grand finale was waking up with water dripping onto the already stained rug from the floor above us almost immediately on the bed we were sleeping in. There is no way that these were new leaks and should have been tended to. Hoping we didn’t come home with bedbugs. I would...

“The Inn is a beautiful and historical building, kept immaculately clean. Each room is unique, but each also includes a refrigerator and updated bathroom. It is located at the top of the main street in Old Orchard Beach, making it the perfect location to visit. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have returned to the inn several times now on my visits to the area.”
