“This was our 5th visit to Elephant Plains. It's the most affordable option in the Sabi Sands and an excellent place to stay. Since our 2022 visit, they have updated the rondovels. They're super comfortable with everything you need. Staff were great. They seem to have simplified the food options (an improvement) and the quality is great. You go to the Sabi Sands for the exceptional leopard sightings and amazing safaris. This place does not dissapoint - in one drive we had 2 leopard cub...

“IF you want to see animals this is your place. The ride from the Safari Lodge along the Sabi river takes about an hour in each direction and you'll see more animals then you've ever seen in your life! Truly. Majestic. Awesome trip. You don't need more than a couple or few days unless you want a safari experience and stay in expensive tents etc. This place is perfect for the casual traveler who wants to see animals animals and more animals. Heavenly! And the lodge is perfect like a vacation place...

“All of the rooms were beautifully renovated. The food was incredible, everyone in the staff went out of their way to make sure that guests were happy, and they called everyone by name. The Safari rides were over the top and our guide Stuart and his tracker Colin were very knowledgeable and professional. The jeeps were brand new and very comfortable. We were sad to leave after an incredible 3 night stay at Leopard Hills.”

Die Atmosphäre ist einfach wunderschön. Unser Guide (Liton?) hat unsere Game Drives unvergesslich gemacht. Wir haben Löwen, Leoparden, Geparden uvm. gesehen, wobei ständig auf das Tierwohl geachtet wurde. Die Elefanten am Pool waren nochmal das i-Tüpfelchen, das unsere Reise unvergesslich macht. ”

“We had an amazing time at Hamilton’s! Since it sits next to a seasonal river, we saw so many animals right at the property when they came out to drink. Being in a private concession also meant no crowds during our game drives. The food and service was impeccable! Every meal was meticulously prepared. We loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night! The staff was so helpful with arrangements to reschedule our flight and transportation. “Superbe lodge intimiste (peu de chambres) situé dans les profondeurs du parc Kruger. Aucun dérangement des autres hôtes ce qui permet d’être au cœur de la nature. Belle suite avec terrasse privative nous permettant d’observer les nombreux animaux (éléphants, girafes …) Personnels très attentionnés. L’ensemble des repas (formule all inclusive) était d’une grande qualité (très bon cuisinier) Les deux safaris par jours sont magiques.”
