"The only complaint was, no hair conditioner in the shower (it was empty), room darkening shade appeared stuck and wouldn’t lower and the lamp on the bedside table (right side) didn’t work. Staff were great, young lady at front desk on check in and young man when I checked out, great customer service. Bed was very comfortable. "

"We stayed here on a Red Rocks concert night and it was perfect. Extremely convenient to the venue. Staff was wonderful from check in until check out. Breakfast was fabulous and the room was immaculate. We will never stay anywhere else when going to red rocks."

"Classic property Cons: Gave us rooms on 2nd floor stating only those rooms are available even though the whole hotel had hardly 10-15 guests. "

"Only one parking garage connected, with limited parking and $30 a night. Cheaper parking was near by but hard to find. The side of the building my room had lots of outside noice in the morning. I was woken up by train/trolley early in the morning. Overall good experience and in walking distance to restaurants/bars and even coors field. "
