"This was the first time in a long time that I've stayed at a hotel with the doors on the outside. I was a bit concerned but the second I walked in, I was thoroughly impressed. This was literally the CLEANEST hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was very tasty as well. "

"We had such an excellent stay at this BW location! The staff at check in and check out were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was also quiet. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh with lots of choices for everyone in the family. We have no complaints and would be happy to stay here again in the future should we come through town again, Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience BW Airport Inn!"

"Hotel staff was very friendly, all our needs were met. When we asked for something they brought it up to us promptly. The free breakfast was very good. The hallway leading to our room was dirty, stains on the carpet, trash all along the hallway, and smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. Our room was pretty clean compared to the hallway, thank goodness. Our toilet seat was cracked and there was no refrigerator (advertised) and the cabinet where the fridge was supposed to be the door was off the...

"The room was neat and well-appointed with a microwave and refrigerator. There was a hot breakfast every morning. It was a good value."

"Everything was good with the exception of the hot tub. It was not hot and once we notified the staff they closed it down. Sad for us as we had five adults looking forward to using it after a long day."
