"We stayed here in December during Christmas market, and this hotel exceeded my expectation. Location is excellent! The room is nice & sufficient, and we were given a room with a view of the Cathedral and also over looking one of the Christmas markets. Breakfast is very good with many selections. Internet connection is also good. Staff from front desk to back kitchen are also awesome!"

Very difficult getting room service on the first night so had to go down to the restaurant itself where the man was very rude so we didn't bother using room service again. We booked a cot which we didnt get. When i spoke with reception they told me they were having trouble with the housekeeping "

"Conveniently located close to the train station, city Center and of course The Magnificent Cathedral. Staff were very attentive, our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was out of our budget, but there’s lots of other options nearby. Highly recommend this place! "
