"We were very disappointed with our stay, especially given the accessibility needs of my adult son, who has cerebral palsy.
The hotel charges $25 per day for parking, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. There is also no complimentary breakfast, which felt disappointing for the cost of the stay.
While there is a ramp leading to the pool area, the pool itself is not fully accessible. There is no pool chair lift, so my son was unable to use the pool at all.
We stayed in an ADA room, but the beds were extremely high. My son could not safely transfer from his wheelchair to the bed without me physically lifting him, which defeats the purpose of an accessible room and posed a safety concern for both of us.
In addition to these issues, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating experience worse.
We choose hotels carefully based on accessibility, and unfortunately this property did not meet our needs. I would not recommend it to travelers with mobility needs or families relying on ADA accommodations."
