"Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms"

"My wife and I stopped over at Arabella Golf Resort and Spa for three nights. The staff were absolutely amazing, the food brilliant, the breakfast exceptional! In addition I had an accident involving me to be rushed to the emergency section of Mediclinic Hermanus. The duty Supervisor realised the urgency, and treated me whilst the ambulance was en route. Quickly fixed up, the staff Supervisor at Arabella personally drove to collect us and take us back to the hotel at 1.30 in the morning. A very well managed hotel with professional staff that use initiative. Great work Arabella, we will be back. Highly recommended. Thank you!! "

"Beautifully renovated apartment building. We were lucky enough to stay in the penthouse - fabulously spacious with a great layout, gorgeous furnishings and stunning views! Staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Secure parking and a great location to explore Hermanus on foot."

"The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with particular shoutout to Dominique who went above and beyond to drive us to the Abalone farm when we running late and the taxi wasn't available. The food recommendations were excellent. Unfortunately during our stay there, there was a huge storm which cut off the power outage for all of Hermanus, so we didn't have electricity and hot water, but it is no fault of the hotel itself. Would recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Auberge Burgundy Guest House. Warm, friendly service was the constant norm. We were met in the parking area and help was offered with our luggage. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious, quiet room, overlooking the well designed garden. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful presented and the cozy lounge with a fireplace burning on a chilly winters evening added to the magic of this special guest house, thank you all! "
