"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The furniture in the room was a little hit or miss. Stayed in a room with a sofa, the first room did not have a sofa, the second room had a slightly leaky sink. The staff moved me no problem. The sheets were wonderful and the coffee machine was great. Love the fact that they had a workout facility. The mattress was a little saggy, but the shower was hot and the restrooms were clean. I would stay again."

"Check-in and in/out flow was offbeat, but the suite room was spacious, crisply clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. Convenience to downtown activities and restaurants was awesome, the lobby was a great meeting and relaxation spot, and 24/7 Americanos were better than any morning buffet or snacks. "

"All Staff were very helpful and friendly. We rented 3 units for the weekend, and all suites were clean, well-stocked and are individually decorated with unique layouts; including washing/dryers, large bathrooms with huge jetted tubs and closets, and full-sized kitchens. The premium Downtown location is a hidden jewel with onsite parking available for super-easy access. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with some of the best linens in the industry! Only one potential drawback: these are loft-like suites, so the beds are NOT in separate rooms with doors (something to consider if you're sharing the suite with other couples/children). We originally booked the largest suite with a King and Queen bed, but were surprised by this upon arrival. However, the staff was very helpful and arranged a transfer to 2 smaller individual King suites close to each other. We had a great time and would definitely book again!!"

"Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation. They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout. Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs. Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! "

"There was a water issue this time - cold water; made showering post run not so pleasant. Also, late check out time would be best at 1p. 12p is not enough time for those of us running the full."
