“방에 있는 세탁기 고장으로 수리 요청하였으나, 체크아웃 시점까지 고장난 상태였으며, 리셉션에서 공용세탁기를 사용하라는 말만 들을수 있었습니다. 침대 이불만 정리하고 스레기통도 비우지 않는 등 청소상태는 전반적으로 엉망있었습니다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.”
