I have never been so thoroughly impressed... the cleaning staff seems to be perpetually keeping the property immaculate, the lifeguard is vigilant and can pull like ten people out the water at once if needed, Rita's pool bar concoctions (try the Dark Apple) will hit every test bud, Crystal's quick wit and operatic singing voice between bringing the next recommendation off the menu and climbing flights of stairs to close your bill keeps you entertained, and Lena at the front desk navigating several guests requests to get everyone out the door on time and happy. **Big note...just coordinate ALL your reservations, rentals, excursions, etc through the hotel. They have the best and most reliable island contacts and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right** Thank you for being an amazing and unexpected addition to the enjoyment of my trip! Came here to attend a wedding, will come back to experience this place again!"

"What a magical, special place. Pristine waters and sand beaches, hotel integrated into natural landscape, breathtaking designs, great food, many activities for adults and children, central enough location so you can easily get around the island if you’d like to leave the property, fantastic attentive staff, clean spacious rooms. Hotel was incredibly child friendly - we went with our 15 month old. (Our only request is a few ramps so it’s slightly more stroller accessible to get down to beach but staff helps carry strollers down the few stairs.) My family is eternally grateful for this magical eight nights we spent at the Corfu Imperial."

"A great resort, I would say it’s more of a 4 star and definitely focused on families. I believe it is too big to maintain a 5 star standard, as it missed the finesse that others show, more because of its struggles to cope with a large number of guests. The location is amazing, close to old town and all the bays. Swim up pool is good, the vent for the sewage was near ours, so you would get a whiff and I noticed some of the other swim up rooms didn’t even get the sun. I could have complained, but the hotel was that full, I couldn’t see what they would be able to do to fix this. The buffet was ok, nothing that stands out though, felt that the a la cartes were just the buffet plated up by someone else. The street food hub was ok but they always got the order wrong, so something to be aware of. A small thing, but how you judge a hotel quite quickly, no welcome drink and checking in felt more like a factory process. So if you are after a true 5 star experience, then maybe not, if you don’t like hearing kids, then maybe not but if you are after a high end 4 star in a great location and you have kids, then yes (if you get a good deal and not 5 star prices)."

"Staff really make this place. Everyone working at Stella is absolutely outstanding! Hardest working individuals, I’ve met and super friendly. Go above and beyond. Food was great, the only thing I would say is the drinks let it down for me personally. Didn’t enjoy any drinks. Also bare in mind how cosy it is if you want to sunbathe on your deck if you have a swim up room. you literally have people sunbathing in front of you as there are no general pool just the swim up pools so people will be swimming past your room, look into it at all times."

"Perched right between two stunning beaches, this resort delivered an unforgettable getaway for our whole family. Keeping a teenager and a young adult thoroughly entertained is no small feat, but the animation team absolutely smashed it! From high-octane water polo and pool volleyball matches to competitive stage darts, the daytime energy was electric. Evenings were just as lively, packed with discos, karaoke, dance events, and an incredible Cretan cultural dance night that was easily the highlight of the week. If you venture off-site, the watersports are a must, especially the Crazy Sofa for pure adrenaline! ​The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming from start to finish. The food was consistently delicious with a wide selection, capped off by fantastic desserts and cakes. Plant-based milk options for morning coffees and great drinks at both the restaurant and pool bar were a big plus. Clearer dietary and allergen labeling, especially on the central buffet islands, would make the dining experience even smoother. ​Our family suite was wonderfully spacious, impeccably maintained, and treated to fresh towels and great toiletries throughout our stay. Waking up to the gorgeous, sweeping view over Mononaftis beach never got old. ​As our first-ever all-inclusive experience, it set a high bar. We would return in a heartbeat to recharge and unwind!"
