Room was clean and updated. Hvac worked well. Pool looked clean but no hot tub. Check in went well, the lady was frustrated by the customer before me and said they don't have rooms with jetted tubs.... even though i saw them online. We love staying at this hotel when visiting Green Bay. The pool area is great with a splash area for kids and nicely sized pool and hot tub. Our kids love riding up the glass elevator. We had the best housekeeping I've ever experienced and came home to the beds nicely made with our kids' stuffies ...
