"Unfortunately, I booked 2 nights here. I would not stay ant this location again unless there were no vacancies anywhere else. It’s an old motel. The upgrades were very slim. The room was very moldy smelling. The tub would not drain properly so I had to wash in a tub full of water. The shower curtain was full of mold and smelled horrible. The toilet had a dual eco flush button and only one side worked. So it would not flush all the way. I had to keep waiting for the toilet to fill and keep flushing over and over.
They gave the bare minimum for linens and they take the dirty ones before you can get clean ones. I waited for clean ones to be brought back and 5 hours later, I had to call and request them. I did not dare try breakfast. There were a lot of construction type workers in the parking lot so maybe those are the types they rent the rooms to. The staff was nice but check-in was very slow even after I had already paid and booked online the day before. The area isn’t super quiet with road noise but the rooms are well insulated from nearby room noise. The king bed was comfortable. However, the pillows need to be laundered because they smelled of sweat and body odor. I sprayed everything down and wiped everything with Clorox wipes and used my own pillow. I tried to limit my time in the room until check-out. I considered asking for a refund and staying somewhere else but I KNEW it would be some drama but the staff so I just regretted the decision and stayed until check-out."
"Mountain Inn is awesome, the people that work here are beyond nice make you feel at home. The Inn itself is Beautiful the rooms are very very nice, I have a pitbull and they make her feel very welcome, and that’s the most important thing to me. This is the best place to get a room in all of Hendersonville NC I highly recommend this Inn itself a 10+"
"First time staying at this chain. Very good value for the price. Secure, well lighted parking. Sizable rooms. A little sparse on the soap/shampoo but overall a good place to stay."
"Great staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Biggest issue is the bathrooms. There doesn't appear to be working ventilation and there are obvious signs of mold in the bathrooms."
"Beautiful place! With a family hospitality! Beautiful spacious room and decent water pressure in the claw footed tub!
Front beds could use a spring clean out, but it was fun hanging out with the squirrels and feeding them as they are welcomed guests. Hendersonville was very pretty with extensive options for dinner. We chose icecream!"
