"This place has no one to greet you when you walk in. You have to talk to a computer. First key they gave me did not work. Had to get another one made gave me a different room. So we go into 203 and there’s a hot tub in the room. Well we look at the mattress it’s very stained and dirty. Pillows had stains all over them with black hair all in every pillow case Very outdated. Just overall horrible horrible experience "
