"The room was ok Bathroom very clean Carpets were a bit worn And the lighting wasn’t great No full length mirror We were attending a wedding and needed the better light to get ready Breakfast was far to expense £23.50 per person Many of the guest had that included with the room our stay didn’t again disappointed Not to be offer this We had a wonderful time at the wedding we didn’t use the spar but had lunch in the brasserie The staff we very friendly but a bit haphazard We ordered our food my meal was incorrect and by the time they had redone it my partner had finished his Also lots of diners were in swimsuits and robes Not very nice to be honest "

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"Nice hotel in convenient location for local villages and A55. Bar and restaurant area have been refurbished to a high standard, with good food and drink offer. Staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms are in the process of being updated, ours (no 8) was clean with a lovely view. Fridge in room, also which was helpful. Plenty of off road parking. I'd recommend for a short stay. "

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."
