The property is nice, clean, including the ground floor restaurant. The parking is criminal, you’re gonna pay 25 bucks for regardless it’s a must if you’re going to stay there there’s really doesn’t seem to be a choice Even if you think you’ve paid through Expedia, you have not when you get there. You’re paying the 25 bucks otherwise this place is phenomenal.

Room was so spacious, conveniently close to downtown restaurants and more! Front desk is a little hetic. Checkout is at noon, had someone knock on our door, felt.like we were being rushed. Breakfast was also chaotic, lots of people but we were able to take it back to our room so it was fine. Decent spread. Overall a good stay!

Excellent property. Expedia messed up my reservation and we were given a King room instead of a double Queen. The hotel was booked up and we had no choice but for one of us to sleep on the sofa.

Everyone on staff was so helpful and friendly. A large assortment of breakfast food was served.The room was clean and fresh and sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. It was a easy walk to the Peace Center and we felt safe.Thanks for making a visit to Greenville memorable.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt. It was walking distance to everything in downtown Greenville if you have AAA then you can qualify for free valet parking. You have to use street parking. If you don’t valet your car there is also a parking garage across the street for access as well

Overnight trip
We stayed just overnight and it was a great choice for a quick stop. The room was clean, the beds were cozy and comfortable (if you like a soft mattress), and it was the perfect walking distance to Main street etc.

Close walk to Main Street and lots of other downtown areas! Beautiful view from the room, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Our room was clean except for some old bar soap left in the shower.

Although the hotel was nice and a great location, we were given a room with one bed when I had requested two beds in my reservation. I was told that reserving through Expedia only guaranteed me a room, but not necessarily what I requested and they had no other rooms available. I was very disappointed by this. They did comp my valet and gave me a small discount on the room, but it was still very inconvenient.
