Bon Rapport qualité prix, petit studio tout équipé en très bon état et de bon confort. Vue magnifique situé dans le village de Gresse en Vercors. Seul les abords de l'établissement mériteraient une réfection.

Médiocre

Quelle surprise d'arrivée et de voir que le ménage n'a pas été fait... depuis longtemps ! Nous avons donc dû faire celui ci en arrivant (mouton de poussière,toile d'araignée et j'en passe ) pour éviter les crises d'allergies. Je ne recommande pas l'établissement par rapport à la propreté qui pour ma part est un point non négociable. Nous partons en vacances ce n'est pas pour arrivee après X heure de voiture et devoir se faire le ménage en prime. Mise à part ce gros point noir le personnel de l'accueil est très agréable et le cadre est superbe.

Entretenir la résidence.

La propreté extérieure de cet établissement est à revoir rapidement. Les photos du site hotel.com sont certainement des photos datant de l'ouverture du centre. Aujourd'hui les chalets sont dans un tout autre état. De plus, demander 8€ pour avoir la télévision est une demande d'un autre siècle. Qui demande cela à notre époque. Peut être, après tout, que tout est normal !!

Le service de ménage à revoir pour les chambres. Retrouver dans notre sac de linge « propre » fourni par l’établissement avec un gant plein d’urine, un vêtement de l’ancien locataire pendu dans la salle de bain et une casserole avec des débris de nourriture accrocher dedans Sinon belle vue
