The staff and the hotel were excellent! Couldn't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism! The only improvement I would suggest is more lighting near the extended parking for Lakeside. If the lot is full and you have to park a bit down, the older lighting isn't sufficient to walk in, it's nearly dark for a bit. Otherwise, great place!

I loved the overall atmosphere of this hotel. The room was nice, staff was great, and very helpful. We had a minor issue with our room and it was handled in minimal time. I look forward to staying here again next visit to the area.

Fantastic location and staff

Fantastic location with separate outbuildings rather than one large hotel. Large room and very quiet and peaceful at night. Despite overall size of hotel, the reception, bar and restaurant areas felt like a much smaller, intimate hotel. Staff throughout were really friendly and helpful.
